Rental Rates and Policies

• Rental rate is $25/day (24 hr period) or $150/wk (7 days for the price of 6).
  
  
• You will be required to sign a lease agreement.
  
  
• Be prepared to provide the following materials:
  
  
• Photo ID
• Credit card (to be charged only in case of theft or damage)
• Full payment (cash, check, or Paypal) wil be due the day of rental.
  
  
• You will pick up and return chair to our office in Santa Cruz.
  
  
• The chair will be fully assembled upon pickup and you will receive instructions to disassemble into two bags which can fit in the trunk of most cars.  No tools are required.
